VACSWIM SA: 5 reasons to book online today!

VACSWIM SA enrolments close 17 December and although there's
still time, we wanted to take the opportunity to remind all parents
that they can register online.
Online enrolments are quick and simple to do, just head to our
website and follow the prompts to choose the location, level and
timeslot that best suits your family's summer plans.
While some sites may accept on-site enrolments on the
day and some accept mailed forms received before the closing
date, this is not available at every location and a late
registration runs the risk of missing your preferred timeslot… or
worse, missing out completely.
Here are five reasons why we recommend you hurry over to our
VACSWIM website book online today:
1. Hassle-free booking from the lounge room
No printing, no paperwork, no postage - enrolling your child in
VACSWIM is as easy as following the prompts on our website. And if
you get stuck you can always call your local program provider who
will be only too happy to answer any questions about the
program.
2. Cheaper (no admin fees)
While some (not all) VACSWIM sites will accept on-site
enrolments on the day, on-site registrations will incur an
additional $5 administration fee on the day. Booking online not
only saves you the administration fee, but it is also quicker and
easier than bringing cash or credit card to the class.
3. Secure your child's spot and preferred class time
The earlier you book the more chance you have to secure your
child's spot in the timeslot that best suits your family plans this
summer. Enrolling on the day runs the risk of limited (or no) spots
left at your preferred time or times that coincide with other
siblings/friends. Book online today to save the spot you want!
4. Some sites do not accept on-site enrolments on the day
While some VACSWIM sites will accept on-site enrolments on the
first day of the program, this is a limited option and if you
intend to go down this path, it's worth calling ahead to avoid
disappointment on the day. Note that no YMCA-run programs will
accept on-site enrolments. If you do have to enrol on the day, we
ask you to arrive early so that you can fill out the paperwork and
payment details before the instructor gets too busy. Note that our
instructors cannot process EFTPOS transactions on the day, credit
card details will be taken manually (on paper).
5. Nothing else to remember on the day (except the
children!)
Booking online saves you the worry of taking cash or credit card
to the pool/beach or filling out paperwork with one hand while
keeping an eye on your child with the other. Book online today for
peace of mind that all you need to worry about is getting out of
the door on time (with child in tow!).
We know that some people may not have access to the internet or
may not feel comfortable logging credit card details online. In
this case you can contact VACSWIM on 08 8362 2423 and request a
postal application to be mailed to your home address. While we
don't accept registrations over the phone, in some instances we may
be able to put you in touch with the instructor in charge to
discuss alternate arrangements.
